My team’s collection tactic was to connect to the student body during a meaningful time of their campus experience to encourage SMS subscription and increase engagement.
I led a strategic campaign with a primary focus to grow our SMS contact list, complemented by a secondary goal of promoting "M Doughnuts," the latest addition to Baylor Dining's on-campus restaurants.
